 nd shape the roadmap ahead of its finalisation. The Africa mCDR Roadmap re
 presents a continental scientific partnership — spanning institutions in
 cluding the University of Stellenbosch\, the University of Cape Town\, to 
 the Technical University of Mombassa\; aimed at advancing the science\, go
 vernance\, and responsible deployment of ocean-based carbon removal in Afr
 ica. With mCDR rising on the agenda of UNFCCC\, CBD\, and the London Conve
 ntion and Protocol\, this consultation is an opportunity to ensure African
  voices\, priorities\, and knowledge systems are central to the global con
 versation. Participants will engage in structured roundtable discussions o
